SPRING PROJECTS

This winter was mild at best which probably confused the plants and trees a little. While most families are normally staying warm inside and comfortable, the mild temperatures had everyone looking to start small projects early.

A few things to consider before you start your spring home improvement projects.

Take care of the essentials first. You will want to plug up any holes that could allow insects to enter. The worst thing that could happen after you do the spring cleaning and decided to have a cookout is to see ants crawling across the floor.

Springtime is also a time for rain showers so you might want to plan ahead if you are ready to start any outside projects. Head over to the Homeowner’s Resource Center for more tips on maintaining a beautiful lawn and garden.

Using the right tools to get the job done

The management team over at Kingdom Design and Build LLC created policies for anyone working on their projects. Having the right tools the first time is vital to completing a project in a timely manner, and professionally looking. Every homeowner should have the following tool to complete a vast majority of home improvement projects.

  1. Phillips Screwdriver
  2. Flat Head Screwdriver
  3. Hex Screwdriver
  4. Hammer
  5. C-Clamp
  6. Nail set (Different Sizes)
  7. 3M Strips
  8. Table Space for cutting etc…

If you are ready to tackle the projects now or in a couple of weeks, be sure to check out the Homeowner’s Resource Center for more ideas.
